We are seeking a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our building materials store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of inventory and sales, and the ability to ensure efficient store functioning while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, billing, and dispatch. Manage and monitor stock levels, reorder inventory, and ensure proper stock storage and handling. Handle customer inquiries, build relationships, and ensure timely resolution of complaints or issues. Oversee Tally entries, cash handling, and maintain accurate financial and inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery. Train and manage store staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline and productivity. Maintain store hygiene, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a store manager or supervisor, preferably in the building materials or hardware sector. Strong knowledge of construction products and materials. Proficiency in Tally and basic computer skills (Excel, Email, etc.). Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
