Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including inventory management, procurement, order fulfillment, and logistics. Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Lead, mentor, and train the operations team. Conduct regular performance reviews and address skill development needs Manage supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate for material and ensure timely delivery and quality of products. Analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for process improvement, and implement solutions. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular inventory audits Ensure compliance with Industry standards in all day to day activities. Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to align operations with business objectives. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to uphold customer satisfaction. Have Follow up with Transporter and store incharge at site for material delivery and acceptance at site. Collect payments from Debtors and issue to creditors and maintain its record.
