Sales and Finance Experience We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Finance Executive to manage client relationships, support sales activities, and handle basic financial/accounting responsibilities. This dual-role position requires someone who can close deals, follow up on payments, and ensure accurate billing, reporting, and financial record-keeping. 📌 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales & Client Relationship: Identify new leads and pitch products or services to prospective clients Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up for repeat business Prepare quotations, proposals, and order confirmations Track sales targets, customer orders, and delivery coordination Maintain sales data, pipeline updates, and client communication records 🔹 Finance & Accounting Support: Issue invoices and maintain billing accuracy Track payment status and follow up with clients for dues Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and payment reports (Excel or ERP) Reconcile sales vs. collections and report discrepancies Assist with GST, TDS entries, and coordinate with CA or accounts team Support monthly closing and cash/bank reconciliation 🎓 Qualifications:12 th Minimum education Level 0–3 years of experience in sales and basic finance/accounting Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Busy / MS Excel Good understanding of invoices, ledgers, and basic taxation Strong verbal & written communication skills
