Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. Greet and interact with guests; handle special requests and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure tables are properly set and maintained according to service standards. Take and confirm reservations; coordinate seating and table assignments. Assist in training new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and hygiene standards. Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation before service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance on shift. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery. Handle billing and cash reconciliation at the end of shifts. Support management in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks. Skills Required: Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
