Role & responsibilities Achieve Sales targets by managing existing business revenues and increasing new customer acquisitions. Formulate & Implement Promotional plans for enhancing market visibility & product awareness to existing & new customers Achieve sales targets on a quarterly & Yearly basis Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up with customers for sales orders Adhere to the company's sales policies. Handling customer quires about products, prices, stock availability, and credit terms Represent the company at trade association meetings/ Shows to promote the company's products Prepare Sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications to existing and prospective customers. Preferred candidate profile The Ideal candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech in Mech or Chemical + MBA preferred with > 5 Years of experience in to Industrial Sales. Fair interest in sales profession. "Knowledge and sales experience with industrial valves and pumps for the pharmaceutical industry will be a strong advantage." Other Key skills to be required: An innovative & Creative thinker to develop sales/business pipeline within existing and new clients Verbal / Written skills Negotiation meetings to achieve sales goals Ability to work independently Willingness to travel Strong client relationship skills Presentation skills Need to be a team player.
