As a Fresher at Puffed Stuffed, you’ll join our dynamic QSR team to learn and perform basic kitchen and service tasks. You’ll receive on-the-job training in preparing our signature Desi Ghee Kathi Rolls, Tandoori Momos, Soya Chaap and assisting with front-of-house operations. This role is perfect for someone energetic, team-oriented, and eager to build a career in fast-paced food service. Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation: Unpack and organize raw ingredients. Assist senior cooks in basic prep: chopping, marinating, portioning. Assemble rolls, momos and chaap according to standard recipes. Kitchen Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift. Wash and stack utensils, trays, and cookware. Dispose of waste promptly and responsibly. Order Support: Restock service counters with wraps, sauces, and packaging materials. Hygiene Adhere to all food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately. Customer Service (as needed): Greet customers politely if called to front-of-house. Assist with simple order-taking and billing under supervision.
