This includes the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of IT products, specifically computers, printers, and scanners. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose technical issues with computers, printers, and scanners from various brands including EPSON, CANON, RICOH, HP, Samsung, Lenovo, Prodot, SHARP, etc. • Repair and Maintenance: Perform hands-on repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance of hardware components. • Toner and Ink Refill Services: Efficiently and accurately refill ink tanks and toner cartridges for various printer models. • On-site and Remote Support: Provide technical support to clients both on-site at their locations and remotely as needed. • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to understand their issues, explain solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service activities, repairs, and parts used. • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technologies and product specifications for the brands KM Enterprises deals with. • Inventory Management: Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and toner supplies, ensuring availability for service operations. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience from sales to after-sales support. Qualifications: • Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or a related technical field. • Experience: Proven experience in repairing and servicing computers, printers, and scanners. Candidates with networking experience are highly desired. Technical, Soft and other skills Required: Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various printer technologies (laser, inkjet) and scanner types. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications. Ability to perform toner cartridge refills for different models. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
