The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, quotations, E-way bills , and document management while liaising with customers for timely payments and dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices (including E-invoicing). Generate E-Way Bills for dispatch and transportation. Maintain accurate accounting records and manage documentation filing. Make copies and organize financial paperwork systematically. Coordinate with customers regarding payments, test reports, and sample dispatch. Support internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of reports and products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various types of product testing, maintaining test records, and assisting the Senior Testing Engineer in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career in product testing and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing of HT & LT cables, ACSR conductors, and covered conductors. Perform transformer testing and electronic product testing (including ADPM, power banks, adapters, etc.). Execute vibration testing procedures and ensure safety compliance. Review and maintain test reports and data logs accurately. Assist the Senior Testing Engineer in testing operations and data management.
