Key Responsibilities:Order Confirmation: Verify and confirm all daily received orders. Cross-check customer details and order information as required. Order Entry & Record Maintenance: Enter confirmed orders into the system accurately. Maintain daily records in Excel sheets. Printing & Documentation: Print order slips and invoices as per requirements. Maintain proper documentation and filing for future reference. Courier & Dispatch Management: Prepare daily courier dispatch sheets. Ensure timely dispatch of all confirmed orders. Track delivery status and manage RTO (Return to Origin) parcels efficiently. Reporting: Prepare daily reports for dispatch and RTO. Provide daily updates and summaries to the management team.
