Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – The Raymond Shop Location: Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand About Us: The Raymond Shop is a premium clothing retail store offering a wide range of fabrics and ready-to-wear apparel including shirts, pants, suits, blazers, sherwanis, kurtas, indo-western outfits, and more. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive with at least 2+ years of experience in the apparel or fabric retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in making purchase decisions, providing fabric and style recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations (fabric, apparel, or tailoring options). Showcase and explain features of shirt, pant, suit, and ethnic wear fabrics, as well as readymade garments. Maintain a strong knowledge of product range, fabric types, fits, and styling options. Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per store policies. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth. Ensure store display and merchandise are well-maintained and appealing. Build lasting customer relationships by offering excellent after-sales support. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales executive in the clothing/apparel retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, customer-oriented, and professional demeanor. Good knowledge of fabrics, men’s wear, and ethnic wear.
