Duties & Responsibilities: · Adhering to work timing and duty roster assigned by the Restaurant Manager · Wear the prescribed uniform, while on duty, to maintain uniformity of appearance at outlet. · Adhering to the grooming and personal hygiene standards. · Customer Relations (Greeting with a Smile, Welcoming, Thanking, Answering to customer queries/Hospitality) · Taking Orders from walk-In and take away customers · Cash Desk Operation & Cash Settlements from the customers · Adhering to all the SOP’s at the outlet level · Up selling with various add-ons & beverages · Maintaining Outlet Hygiene and Cleanliness · To ensure BOH area is clean and neatly maintained and the FOH is neatly organized · To ensure the cutlery and crockery are neatly washed and available to customers as per SOP’s · Should ensure that company assets provided to the store are well maintained · Escalate integrity issues · Escalate Customer Complaints to the Restaurant In charge
