Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Location: hapur, UP Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Fixed ₹10,000–₹25,000 + Incentives up to ₹50,000) About the Role We are looking for experienced Sales Executives with strong B2B sales skills to expand our client base in the woodcrafts and furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in distributor management, lead generation, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B clients and distributors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects to present products and offers. Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports. Collaborate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer support. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate (any stream). Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or distributor management. Language Skills: Intermediate English communication.
