Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experience and high-quality products. Job Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Sales Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable furnishing products. Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, pricing, and ongoing offers. Assist customers in selecting combinations (e.g., curtain + cushions + bedsheets for coordinated décor). Convert walk-in customers into sales while achieving monthly sales targets. Product & Store Management Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked. Keep samples organized and assist in fabric/curtain selection. Handle basic billing, packaging, and customer invoice information. Operations & Reporting Record daily sales and maintain customer follow-up data. Ensure the store is kept tidy, clean, and visually appealing. Support inventory management (stock counting, replenishment requests). Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (furnishing / home décor preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, CRM entries). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn product knowledge.
