Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of tiles and ceramic products to dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and retailers. The role requires extensive fieldwork, client visits, and relationship management to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new dealers/distributors and business opportunities in the assigned territory. Visit existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product demos and provide technical information to customers. Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new launches. Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-ups. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and dealer meets. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials sector.
