This role is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about customer service, ready to handle front-desk operations, and committed to delivering a smooth service experience. Key Responsibilities: • Attend and respond to incoming calls from customers regarding service appointments, vehicle status, or general inquiries. • Address company emails in a professional and timely manner. • Raise invoices, job cards, and update service records in the system (training will be provided). • Coordinate with the service team for real-time updates on vehicle status and communicate the same to customers. • Handle basic administrative duties such as maintaining files, records, and appointment schedules. Requirements: • Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream. • Basic knowledge of computers MS Office, Email. • A customer-oriented mindset with a polite and professional attitude.
