Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits across departments and business units as per the audit plan. Review and assess business processes, internal controls, and compliance with company policies. Identify risks, gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions. Assist in developing internal audit methodologies and risk assessment frameworks. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal policies. Participate in process reviews and support business in improving control mechanisms. Maintain documentation of all audit work as per internal standards and best practices. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – recently qualified Articleship or internship experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or statutory audit is preferred. Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), risk management, and compliance standards. Skills Required: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Good understanding of business processes and internal control environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple audits/projects simultaneously.
