MS-F and O Commerce Technical-Senior

As a MSD_F&O Technical_Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in developing customizations in D365F&O, leading a technical team, and handling development issues while effectively communicating status updates to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Estimating, designing, customizing, and developing customer-specific customization requirements - Actively participating in technical discussions in D365 F&O projects - Creating all Technical related Documents (TDD, IDD) - Designing integrations and working with D365 F&O Extensions - Using LCS and Azure Devops for development - Debugging customizations in Microsoft D365 FO and integrating with 3rd Party applications - Performing Data Migration activities and demonstrating good knowledge in D365 modules - Collaborating with Functional Consultants in designing technical solutions - Coaching and assisting Junior developers - Developing SSRS and Power BI Reports - Managing Environments and Releases effectively Skills and Attributes for Success: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation and consultancy skills - Good problem-solving techniques - Proficiency in integration with external legacy systems - Knowledge of Lifecycle Services, Visual Studio Team Services, SQL, .NET, PowerBI - Command over X++, C#, and MVC patterns - End-to-end D365FO implementation experience - Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration - Familiarity with Agile and Sure Step methodologies - Proficiency in technical requirements gathering, Code Reviews, etc - Experience with PowerApps, Logic Apps, Common Data Service, and other Azure Services Qualifications: To qualify for this role, you must have: - 6 to 12 years of overall experience - Experience in Operations environment in large multi-national organizations - Expertise in environment and release management - Understanding of migrations in D365 and older versions of AX Additionally, ideal candidates will possess: - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments - Prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting - Culturally sensitivity and capability to interact globally In this role, you will work with internal and external resources, demonstrate commitment, teamwork, and independence, prioritize tasks effectively, and exhibit a willingness to learn and lead developers in implementations.
