MS Dynamics Lead Developer

As an MS Dynamics Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team and providing technical expertise in MS Dynamics CRM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM - Working as a Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementations - Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate - Integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware - Creating Web Api, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrating with external and internal systems - Working on SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards - Hands-on experience with Customer Service modules - Advising on best practices for CRM development and integration processes - Managing client communication, delegating tasks, managing client expectations, and reporting risks - Writing technical specifications - Estimating change requests - Working with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments - Leading the team by sharing technical and functional knowledge - Demonstrating customer focus, active listening, and a consultative approach - Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising team members - Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities - Good communication, leadership, and team handling skills Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in the Health Domain is a plus - Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power platform are desirable - Experience with Continuous Integration Tools and Techniques - Out-of-the-box thinking is anticipated,
