Job Description

Key responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements Develop and maintain custom applications, plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET frameworks Work on Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, including entity customizations, security model, and form configurations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform Develop Custom Power Apps Solutions: Design and build custom apps using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model- driven) to meet business needs. Power Platform Integration: Work with Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Dataverse to integrate apps with data sources and automate workflows. Application Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and support for existing Power Apps and SharePoint solutions. Maintain and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Dynamics 365 environment Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, Canvas Apps and integrations Key Skills & Qualifications : 3+ years of experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and Power Apps (Canvas App). Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services using APIs. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills *****Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and Experience in Power BI are a plus
