Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) users.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.
  • Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Work with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.
  • Assist with user training and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.
  • Ability to document all work, both internally and client facing.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a small project group.
  • Ability to follow a project plan created by Sikich for tasks to be completed by due date.
  • Participate and communicate progress with the assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in several ISV Products
  • PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience preferred, but not required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be client facing with support tasks as needed and required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Smart-Sheets
  • Proficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports
