Role & responsibilities Generate detailed production reports related to post-casting processes and system performance. Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Present and discuss these reports with senior management during daily production meetings. Assist in the implementation of cell production systems to optimise workflow and productivity. Oversee the loading of work into designated cells, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks. Address and resolve any issues that arise within the production cells, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency and reducing cycle time. Contribute ideas and assist in the execution of Kaizen initiatives to streamline processes and improve overall production performance Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations. Maintain clear and effective communication with senior production staff and other team members to support decision-making and problem-solving. Engage in on-the-job training to build technical skills and knowledge related to production management. Take the initiative to learn about various aspects of the manufacturing process, including safety protocols, quality standards, and equipment maintenance. Preferred candidate profile
