Job Description

As an Agentic Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft technologies at Capgemini, your role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions that leverage the comprehensive Microsoft ecosystem. You will be translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and secure architectures to drive digital transformation through the deployment of autonomous AI agents. Your expertise in ensuring compliance, optimizing performance, and facilitating seamless integration within hybrid and multi-cloud environments using Microsoft's advanced AI, 365, Power Platform, and Azure offerings will be crucial. Your work will focus on developing, configuring, and maintaining AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to align with design specifications and deliver tangible value. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions - Translate complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and secure architectures - Ensure compliance, optimize performance, and facilitate seamless integration within hybrid and multi-cloud environments - Develop, configure, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio Qualifications Required: - Significant experience (13+ years) in data & automation solution architecture - Proven successes focused on Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions - Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services - Strong experience in opportunity identification for transformation, automation, and AI within enterprise environments - Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices - Strong grasp of advanced AI concepts At Capgemini, you can shape your career with a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the group.
