Roles and Responsibilities Ensure effective site supervision by monitoring quality standards and implementing safety protocols. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to site engineering. Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and estimates for site execution. Manage contract labor, monitor labor control and management systems, and prepare daily reports on work progress. Oversee bar bending schedule preparation, rate analysis, and bill checking from contractors. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (site engineering). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Proficiency in Auto Cadd software; knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices preferred.
