Responsibilities Develop financial strategies and plans to support the organization's objectives. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights into financial performance. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization. Conduct risk management assessments and implement financial controls to mitigate risks. Collaborate with various departments to align financial management with overall business strategy. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead audits and liaise with external auditors. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
