MS Bizapps Developer Senior

As a Senior MS Dynamics professional with 7+ years of experience, your main role will be to lead the effort in designing, building, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics application (CRM) while acting as the primary point of contact. Your responsibilities include: - Translating business requirements into CRM technical design and configuration requirements - Leading design, build, test, and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions - Providing hands-on functional and technical knowledge - Managing client relationships within the role's context - Providing technical estimates for solution implementation Key skills and qualifications for this role include: - Must have 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM - Good exposure to XRM Implementations - Proficiency in at least 3 of the following modules in MS Dynamics CRM: D365 for Sales, D365 for Customer Service, D365 for Marketing, D365 for Field Service, D365 for Project Service Automation/ Project Operations - Experience in planning and performing data migration into new systems - Exposure to data migration process tools for CRM - Prior experience in complex integrations with CRM systems - Worked in Agile methodology and used ADO/VSTS for tracking user stories, bug fixing, reporting progress, etc. - Experience in at least 2/3 end-to-end CRM implementations - Ability to present effectively to an audience of individuals across the organizational structure - Educational background: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 8 years Preferred skills include experience in leading and working with a globally distributed team, familiarity with agile methodology, MCSE or MCSA certification, 4/5 end-to-end CRM implementations including globally distributed ones, CTI Integration experience, MVP Recognition, and FTRSA recognition.
