We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Head to oversee all legal aspects of our real estate operations. The Legal Head will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company including land documents, revenue documents, contracts, conveyance documents, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. This role also envisages liaising with senior advocates and ensuring perfect documentation. Develop and implement initiatives and processes to support the company's objectives and prevent legal risks. Provide legal support on real estate transactions, acquisitions, and development projects. Draft, and review a wide range of legal agreements, including contracts, leases, joint ventures, and financing documents. Conduct legal due diligence for potential projects, including sourcing of missing documents where needed. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Manage and oversee litigation matters and disputes, including coordinating with external counsel as needed. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and suggest course changes. Clear process for documentation and filing of legal and administrative documents. Prepare sale deeds, liaise with departments of stamps and registrations for smooth registrations
