Reporting to :- Area Sales Manager JOB BRIEF To promote AIRIN PHARMA’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists. Build relationships in assigned territory to achieve monthly sales targets and support company growth. ________________________________________ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Visiting doctors regularly and presenting products using scientific detailing. 2. Generating prescriptions and ensuring availability of products at chemists. 3. Maintaining strong relations with doctors, stockiest, and chemists. 4. Meeting assigned sales targets and reporting daily to the reporting manager. ________________________________________ EDUCATION • Minimum Education :- Graduate • Technical Education :- Preferred Diploma or Certification in Pharma/Marketing (optional) ________________________________________ EXPERIENCE • Minimum Experience :- 1–2 Years ________________________________________ BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS 1. Good communication and presentation skills 2. Strong convincing ability and fieldwork readiness 3. Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp communication
