Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate sales cycles and target demographics. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in digital real estate marketing. Set clear KPIs for campaigns aligned with business objectives (e.g., cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS). 2. Performance MarketingManage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance. Collaborate with media buying agencies or manage in-house ad budgets effectively. 3. SEO & Content MarketingOversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to drive organic traffic to project websites. Plan and manage a content calendar (blogs, emailers, property descriptions, etc.) to engage users and improve SERP rankings. Leverage local SEO to target specific geographies and neighborhoods. 4. Website & Landing Page ManagementCoordinate with web developers and designers to ensure high-converting, mobile-friendly websites and landing pages. Track user behavior via tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar. 5. Social Media & ORMManage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute engaging campaigns – virtual tours, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, live sessions, etc. Monitor online reputation and respond to customer reviews and queries professionally. 6. Lead Nurturing & CRMIntegrate and manage digital campaigns with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Set up and automate lead nurturing journeys via email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns. Analyze lead quality, source attribution, and conversion funnels. 7. Analytics & ReportingRegularly monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc., to generate actionable insights. Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing; real estate industry experience is highly preferred. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing, and CRM platforms. Understanding of real estate buyer behavior and digital lead generation strategies. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms. Experience with real estate marketing platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc. Knowledge of video marketing and virtual walkthroughs is a plus.
