Role & rRetail Sales Manager Furniture Showroom Location: Surat, India Job Overview: We are seeking a smart, talented, and outspoken Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong understanding of retail sales operations in the furniture industry. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily showroom operations and supervise the retail sales team. • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the furniture selection process. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and product displays are attractive and up-to-date. • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch. • Train and motivate showroom staff to achieve individual and team goals. Requirements: • Education: Minimum Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Skills: • Fluent in English (verbal and written). • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems, basic CRM). • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals confidently. • Experience: Prior experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor sector, is a plus.esponsibilities Preferred candidate profile
