We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, preparing BOQs, coordinating with vendors and laborers, ensuring quality control, and handling day-to-day construction activities for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site construction activities, material handling, and work progress. Prepare and interpret structural drawings, layout plans, and estimation sheets. Ensure work is carried out as per architectural plans and within timelines. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. Conduct quality checks and maintain site safety protocols. Track material usage and inventory management. Report daily progress to project head or architect. Manage subcontractors, masons, and labor deployment. Prepare site measurements and support billing documentation.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel). Generate leads and set up meetings/appointments for the sales team. Follow up with interested clients and ensure timely closure of deals. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards.
