Requirements Experience: 2–3 years of proven work experience in professional photo retouching and video editing. Key Responsibilities Photo Retouching Editor Retouch, enhance, and color-correct high-resolution images to achieve professional, flawless results. Remove imperfections, adjust lighting, and ensure consistent image quality across projects. Maintain the brand’s visual style and standards in all edited images. Work closely with team to meet project requirements and deadlines. Video Editor Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, events, and promotional purposes. Add transitions, effects, color grading, and sound adjustments to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and enhance storytelling through editing. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom (for photo editing). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (for video editing). Strong knowledge of color correction, retouching techniques, and visual aesthetics. Basic motion graphics skills are a plus. Qualities: Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
