B.Voc in Medical Record Technology or Health Information Technician

Experience:

2 to 5 Years

Assisting and coordinating the overall functions of the medical record department with medical records manager.

Responsible for the overall functions in the medical records department in the absence of the medical records manager.

Deficiency checking of the paper and paperless medical records and ensure proper completion of the records.

Monitoring the department quality indicator and reporting to the medical records manager on daily basis.

Ensuring the proper assembling of the records.

Ensuring the clear and accurate register maintaining.

Ensure the timely completion of birth, still birth and death notification.
