· To collect patient’s files and other details related to patient’s medical record.
· Placing the complete files in the racks.
· To collect information of Notify diseases to be sent to the Civil Surgeon’s office.
· Initiate the medical record by creating and processing the patient care record folder.
· Keeping patient records information confidential.
· To serve and protect the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures.
· To close and file discharged resident medical charts.
· Review charts of discharged residents for the deficient information and inform regarding correction of deficient documentation.
· File resident medical information in the resident chart in a chronological way.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
