Key Responsibilities Image Culling and Selection: Efficiently review thousands of RAW images to perform initial culling , selecting only the best-composed, focused, and emotionally resonant images to proceed to the editing phase. Bulk Editing & Color Correction: Perform high-volume, global image adjustments using presets and batch processing, including: White Balance and Color Correction to ensure accurate and consistent skin tones and colors across all lighting conditions. Exposure and Contrast Adjustments to achieve optimal brightness and detail in shadows and highlights. High-End Retouching: Execute detailed, local retouching on selected portrait and key images (e.g., couple portraits, family formals, details) using advanced Photoshop techniques: Skin smoothing and blemish removal while maintaining natural texture.
