MRA DESIGN STUDIO is a boutique architecture and interior design consultancy based in Bangalore, India that specializes in high-end luxury residential and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking qualified Architects / Interior Designers with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in high-end luxury residential projects. In this role, you will be engaged from the conceptual design phase, collaborating with the Principal Architect to assist with project execution. Your responsibilities will include developing space planning & architectural designs that fulfill the functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements of our clients. You will create detailed drawings & 3D visuals using computer-aided design (CAD) and other 3D software techniques. Additionally, you will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet all necessary specifications and regulations. Conducting site visits to evaluate potential construction sites, gather measurements, and monitor construction progress will be part of your role. You will also be expected to address design challenges, research trends, materials, and technologies in the architecture field, and oversee projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and suppliers. To qualify for this position, you must hold a minimum of a 5-year Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution. A background of 2-4 years of experience in Architecture / interior design consulting firms focusing on high-end luxury Residential projects is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D software would be advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to convey complex design ideas are essential. A strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods is also necessary.
