Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to contact potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, answer queries, and maintain good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner. Explain products or services and provide accurate information to customers. Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates. Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th pass Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, customer service, or a related role (freshers welcome). Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, or other regional languages. Personality Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and persistence.
