The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, developing personalized plans, and providing counseling and support. The Social Worker will also assist with crisis intervention, advocate for clients, and connect them with community resources. Other tasks may include documenting case notes, reporting on client progress, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Assessment, Counseling, and Crisis Intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in case management and client advocacy Ability to document case notes and report client progress effectively Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect clients with these resources Strong organizational and time management skills Master's degree in Social Work or related field Relevant certification or licensure is preferred Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments
