Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Pune or Bangalore. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural and construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing submittals, setting up company standard for BIM process, collaborating with various project teams, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Strong skills in setting up company standards for BIM workflow. Experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
