As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented Zoho Developer & Support Specialist to enhance and support our internal systems and workflows within the Zoho One ecosystem. Role Overview This is a part-time, contractor-based position ideal for a self-motivated developer with hands-on Zoho experience. The role is primarily focused on Zoho Creator development and automation, with occasional technical support tasks. You'll work independently to fulfill requests while collaborating with our operations team to drive system efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. Build, maintain, and optimize workflows across Zoho One apps (e.g., CRM, Projects, Desk). Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or system issues as they arise. Translate operational needs into scalable, functional Zoho-based solutions. Enhance and streamline existing Zoho configurations and business processes. Create and modify forms, dashboards, and reports within Zoho. Maintain accurate documentation of custom builds, processes, and updates. Stay informed on Zoho platform updates and suggest applicable system improvements. Provide light technical support to team members using Zoho tools. Manage and prioritize project-based tasks independently on an as-needed basis. Qualifications Proven experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and Zoho One apps. Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation. Ability to troubleshoot effectively and provide end-user support. Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in a real estate or operations-driven environment is a plus.
