Ensure the CEO’s office and lounge areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Serve beverages, refreshments, or meals to the CEO and guests during meetings or as requested. Maintain a high standard of personal service, including discretion, politeness, and attention to detail. Office & Pantry Maintenance Oversee upkeep and cleanliness of the executive floor, including boardrooms, restrooms, and pantry areas. Ensure pantry items, beverages, and refreshments are well-stocked and available at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for regular upkeep and cleanliness. Logistics & Errands Handle minor errands or tasks such as receiving deliveries, arranging refreshments, or escorting guests. Assist with setting up meeting rooms (water bottles, notepads, technology readiness, etc.). Executive Event & Meeting Support Prepare and maintain meeting areas before and after VIP/client visits. Coordinate refreshments and hospitality arrangements during internal/external meetings. * Confidentiality & Discretion Maintain strict confidentiality around all executive-level conversations, documents, and activities.
