We’re looking for a smart, driven, and creative digital marketing & events intern who is excited to help shape the voice and visibility of Ivy & Prime across digital platforms and on-ground activations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, influencer marketing, community building, and event planning- working closely with our marketing and partnerships team. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Support the scheduling and tracking of content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Research trends in wellness, beauty, fashion, and digital health to keep content fresh Help coordinate both virtual and physical events (pop-ups, wellness weekends, creator meets, etc.) Support outreach to influencers, fitness experts, and doctors for collaborations and event partnerships Help ideate engagement activities, giveaway mechanics, and brand-aligned event themes About Company: MPK I Gate Private Limited is an innovation-oriented company operating B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms dedicated to supporting small and medium entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities Feature Research & Competitive Benchmarking Study top apps like Xiaohongshu, Meituan, etc., and provide comparative feature insights. Identify emerging AI and social commerce trends for UI/UX inspiration. Wireframing & Feature Documentation Collaborate with product managers to sketch wireframes using tools like Figma or Notion. Draft feature specs for new modules like Creator Hubs, Smart Search, or AI Shopping Assistants. Support App MVP Development Assist the dev team by testing features, documenting bugs, and suggesting optimizations during MVP sprints. Work with AI teams to integrate features like recommendation engines, chatbots, and visual search. Community & Creator Flow Design Help define user flows for creators, shoppers, and community managers. Draft logic for earning systems, challenges, or affiliate journeys within the app. AI Dataset Curation Source, organize, or label data for AI modules like image recognition or product tagging. API & Backend Coordination (Basic) Support documentation for AI or commerce-related APIs (e.g., product metadata, booking engines, or wellness tracking). Liaise between frontend teams and backend AI/machine learning engineers. Content Flow & UGC Strategy Map out how user-generated content (reviews, hauls, videos) is captured, categorized, and shown in feed algorithms. App Analytics Support Track app engagement, feature adoption, and drop-off points via tools like Mixpanel or Firebase. Help analyze which social or AI features are driving retention. Quality Assurance (QA) Test app performance across Android/iOS builds and provide weekly QA reports. Pitch & Demo Assistance Build pitch decks or demo flows for investor, stakeholder, or user presentations.
