Job Role-Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Executive include Product marketing, developing relationship with the customer, making new customer, product demo. Job Description- Welcome and greet customers. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Stock Taking and daily inventory reconciliation. Ensure that all existing customers in remit are contacted regularly maintaining company profile and develop relationships with key clients. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Recommend and display items that match customer needs Keep up to date with product information Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and prospecting of new clients Follow all companies’ policies and procedures Responsible for interacting with customers and handling counter sales at quoting prices of the items after calculations in the jewellery showroom Responsible for proper and attractive display of jewellery Desired Skills- Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communicator. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculation. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Requires Qualification and Experience- 0-1 years of sales experience. Graduate in any field. (BBA Marketing is preffered)
