Key responsibilities Handle client inquiries via email, Instagram, and WhatsApp with prompt and polished communication. Conduct discovery calls with couples and families to understand wedding needs and preferences. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentation decks; manage timely follow-ups. Coordinate with wedding planners, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless timelines and access. Maintain trackers, payment schedules, and client communication logs systematically. Support Creative Producers in client coordination, scheduling, and project communication. Assist in creating visual moodboards, shoot ideas, and brand presentation decks (Canva preferred). Represent the studio professionally during client meetings and wedding events. About Company: We are a company dealing with wedding photography and cinematography. It is a small setup. We also make corporate films.
