The Moulvi will be responsible for leading daily prayers, delivering sermons, providing religious guidance, conducting religious ceremonies, and supporting the spiritual and moral needs of the community. The role also involves community engagement, teaching religious principles, and maintaining the mosque's activities and traditions. Qualifications A deep understanding of Islamic theology, jurisprudence, and the ability to teach religious texts and principles Strong public speaking, sermon delivery, and leadership skills Compassion, empathy, and the ability to offer spiritual and moral guidance Skills in community engagement, communication, and conflict resolution Relevant education or certification from recognized Islamic institutions is highly preferred Experience in guiding a congregation and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment
