Motor Service Technician

As a skilled Motor Service Technician, your role will involve dismantling, inspecting, repairing, and assembling electric motors. You should have experience in motor maintenance and be proficient in handling tools, troubleshooting faults, and completing service tasks independently. Key Responsibilities: - Dismantle and assemble electric motors - Inspect motors, identify faults, and troubleshoot issues - Conduct bearing, rotor, stator, and shaft inspections - Coordinate motor cleaning and rewinding when necessary - Perform motor alignment and testing post-service - Adhere to safety guidelines during motor handling - Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper tool maintenance - Complete motor service within the allocated time frame Required Skills: - Proficiency in AC/DC motors - Ability to use mechanical tools effectively - Understanding of motor parts and components - Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems - Capability to interpret and follow service instructions - Strong teamwork and communication skills In addition to the job details, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
