We specialize in high-end interior and exterior restoration, using cutting-edge techniques like ceramic coatings, paint correction, and eco-friendly products. We're seeking a Senior Detailer to lead projects, mentor juniors, and elevate our studio's reputation for flawless results. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced interior and exterior detailing services, including deep cleaning, vacuuming, steam extraction, leather conditioning, and engine bay restoration. Execute exterior treatments such as clay bar decontamination, machine polishing, buffing, waxing, and application of protective coatings (e.g., ceramic or PPF). Conduct thorough pre- and post-service inspections to ensure vehicles meet or exceed studio standards and client expectations. Diagnose and address vehicle imperfections, such as swirl marks, oxidation, or stains, using specialized tools and compounds. Train and supervise junior detailers, sharing best practices and ensuring team efficiency. Maintain inventory of detailing supplies, equipment, and studio cleanliness; report any issues to management. Collaborate with clients to understand custom needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver personalized service. Adhere to safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment use; promote sustainable practices. Track job progress, update client records, and contribute to studio marketing (e.g., before/after photos). Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3+ years in professional automotive detailing, with proven expertise in advanced techniques (e.g., paint correction, ceramic application). Prior supervisory or lead roles preferred. Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle materials (e.g., paint types, fabrics, alloys) and detailing products/tools (e.g., dual-action polishers, steam cleaners). Certification in detailing (e.g., IDA or similar) is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor). Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication for client interactions and team leadership. Reliable, punctual, and passionate about cars. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or vocational training beneficial. Other: Valid driver's license; clean background check required.
