Purpose of the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and creative Motion & Video Editor to join our team. Your role will be to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that communicate our clients’ stories, enhance their brand image, and captivate their audience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage, graphics, and audio into polished videos that meet project goals and client expectations.

• Storyboard Interpretation:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand and execute visual concepts based on scripts and storyboards.

• Visual & Audio Enhancement:

Improve video and audio quality through color correction, sound design, syncing voiceovers, adding music, and integrating visual effects or motion graphics when required.

• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with directors, producers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Asset Management:

Organize and manage media files efficiently to maintain a streamlined post-production workflow.

• Trend Awareness:

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, styles, and software tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

Additional Details:

• Probation Period: 3 months (Salary applicable during probation).
• Salary Hike: Performance-based appraisal post probation.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience with industry-standard software including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of video formats, editing workflows, and post-production techniques.
• Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality content.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all work-related activities.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for video storytelling and visual branding.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced agency or production house is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
