Role overview: We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Intern with a creative eye and technical skills to support our content and ad creation team. If you're passionate about animated content, storytelling, and design, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a performance marketing environment. Who Can Apply: Candidates with minimum 3 months of hands-on experience in motion design (internship, freelance, or personal projects) Must have completed a professional course in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro , and other animation software Basic understanding of timing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling Bonus: Experience with Lottie, Blender, or similar tools Responsibilities: Create motion graphics and animated assets for marketing videos, ads, and social media Design and animate lower thirds, titles, infographics, and transitions Work closely with editors and marketers to align animations with campaign goals Optimize animations for different formats (YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.) Stay updated on trends in digital animation and advertising Perks: Hands-on learning in real ad campaigns Creative freedom under mentorship Certificate & letter of recommendation (performance-based) Opportunity for full-time placement Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
