We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in both 3D and 2D design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative graphics across various media platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Develop and design creative graphics, animations, and layouts for various media including digital platforms, social media, websites, and print. Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. Create and execute high-quality motion graphics using 3D and 2D animation techniques. Produce visual assets from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design and motion graphics. Requirements: Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in both 3D and 2D design. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools. Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout techniques. Ability to conceptualize and execute projects independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in creating visual effects and compositing. Knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, and rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender). Understanding of video editing and post-production techniques. Familiarity with UI\/UX design principles and responsive design.
