About the role

We are seeking a high-impact Motion Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about transforming complex fintech concepts into compelling visual narratives. This is a high-intensity role that demands exceptional creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to navigate uncertainty while delivering breakthrough educational content.

In this position, you&aposll be at the center of Juspay&aposs knowledge transformation initiative, working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to create animations that define how our company communicates complex payment technologies both internally and externally

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for product explainers, concept explainers
• Work in close collaboration with visual designers and program managers to transform complex tech and payments domain functionalities into intuitive, visually engaging animations.
• Ensure consistency of motion language across videos
• Stay current with motion design and animation trends, particularly within the education space, to continuously enhance user experience and engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion design, with a focus on long form videos, animations
• A strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in storyboarding and product explainer videos.
• Proficiency in motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Audition
• Strong enthusiasm for embracing AI first Animation, Editing and video Generation tools like Descript
• Solid understanding of motion design principles including timing, easing, and interaction patterns.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a user-centered mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
